Selection process here is pretty simple and quite well carried out. In order to be a part of the Saigun team, you must be confident about your capabilities and also be certain, that you are extremely outstanding. Step 1: Approach us

First and foremost, you must complete and submit your resume through online application process and in case you prefer the snail mail, then that’s also acceptable. It is crucial that you specify well in advance as to what roles and designations attracts you the most.

Step 2: Checking The Openings

You can check out the latest job openings with the organization by simply hovering your mouse on Careers tab at the top, where you would see two links. To view the latest vacancies and openings, you must click on the Current Openings under Careers. This page will have following three headings:

• Job Title: Here, details about the current job position like Manager, Developer etc along with the required experience given.
• Summary: The complete qualification and knowledge requirement related to job position is mentioned here.
• Action: Here, you can mainly perform two actions like “Apply” and “View details”.

Step 3: View Job Details

You can view the respective job details like Job Title, Job Posting Date, Job Closed On, Job Summary etc by clicking on the View Details link under Action. Once you are through with all the details, click on the link “Back” given at the right hand side bottom.

Step 4: How To Apply?

After having gone through the job details, if you think you are eligible and that the job suits you then you must click on Apply link under Actions. When you so do, a small mail box with the address of HR mentioned in the box against “To”. Now, you need to attach your resume and send the mail to us for further processing.

Step 5: We’ll Reply Back.

The concerned HR person will call you to check your suitability. Our motive is to match what you expectations are in life with what we would prefer in our employees. When we collectively agree, that you would excel in Saigun and that your given temperament, inclination and remuneration level offers a wonderful fit, we instantly follow it up with a specialized interview and other round of tests.

Step 6: Tests/Examination.

The actual game begins as soon as we shortlist you and pick your resume. You are then invited to meet one or more of our expert team members. They will examine your potential to learn the latest technologies, apply yourself to fresh methodologies which would make you aware about us too in the bargain. We are not concerned whether your attire is formal or casual because that is how we dress as well!.

Step 7: Offer
