Manage Employee Exit

Managing employee exits involves passing through 3 stages before they are marked exited from the system. Employee exits are managed by the HR Manager.

Note: There are multiple stages in an exit process – Resigned, Clearance from all departments, Full and final settlement, and Marked exited. The availability of these stages in your application may depend on the Empxtrack product you’re using.

To manage employee exit, you need to:

● Login to the system as an HR Manager.

● On the Dashboard page, click the Manage Exit tab.

The Manage Exit page appears with the yearly exit dashboard and the monthly exit summary. 

Under the Monthly Exit Summary, the table gives details on the exiting employee, along with their last working date, the exit request initiated by, and the status of the request.

● View multiple options to perform various tasks.

● An HR manager can perform the following tasks:

  • View details of the exiting employee
  • Edit exit details
  • Send a clearance request to various departments
  • Move to full and final
  • Mark employee exited
  • Withdraw resignation
  • Mark the employee as current to end the exit process and rejoin the employee
  • View survey results
