An employee portal is a self-service platform that gives employees full access to the information they need in just a few clicks. The portal lets the employees manage HR-related tasks themselves, thereby minimizing administrative burden on HR professionals.

There are multiple Quick Access icons available in the employee portal that contain links to functionalities that are often used by employees or HR. These functionalities include Calendar, Timesheet, Chat, Poll, Company Directory, Mark Attendance, News and Events, Salary Records, Event Calendar, and more.

Note: Availability of the Quick Access icons depends upon the Empxtrack product that you are using.
