Major enhancements have been made to the payroll, exit, and performance management systems. In addition, several other key enhancements have been implemented across multiple HR modules, such as recruitment and onboarding, leave, training and development.

Key Enhancements in Empxtrack Payroll
Key enhancements in the payroll module include a new functionality to process Trust managed Provident Fund (PF) contributions within the organization. Enhancements have also been made to the salary structure components and pay period generation. Additionally, payslip visibility has been improved to display investment declarations and HRA deductions for employees under the old tax regime. However, these sections remain hidden for the new tax regime.
Additional enhancements include improved handling of payments outside payroll and an option to delete processed salaries post-finalization. Further adding to this is the ability to download employee-wise Year-to-Date (YTD) reports in PDF format.
The Eazy Payroll product now includes enhancements that improve the visibility of payslip templates. After the purchase of licences, users can select a payslip template.
Key Enhancements in Exit Management
A common notes feature has been enabled during exit approvals to control the visibility of stakeholder comments. The new property allows organizations to define specific recipients who can view exit survey feedback after submission.
A few issues related to the BYOH exit product have also been resolved.
Key Enhancements in Performance Management
During the initiation of a 360 degree feedback process, the start date now defaults to its current date.
In the goalsheet module, a new master related to Goalsheet categories has been added. New properties enable greater flexibility by allowing different stakeholders to add, edit, delete KPIs, and capture achievements.
Appraisal configuration has also been enhanced with improved visibility controls. Roles and states are now displayed based on associated workflows, and users can define appraisal visibility rules by selecting specific forms and roles. Besides this, few existing issues have been resolved.
Feature Upgrades Across Modules
Improvements have been implemented across HRIS, workflows, attendance, leave, onboarding, recruitment, training, timesheets, and expenses modules.
