This help page shows steps to save a CSV File.
If your browser does not show the Opening <import master> dialog box that allows you to save the .csv file on your computer, you need to do the following:
● Right-click the Click to save file link and then select Save Target As from the menu.
● Browse the location where you want to save the file in the Save As dialog box.
● The file is saved with .html extension.
● Change the extension of the downloaded file from .html to .csv.
