This help page provides step by step instructions to set up Empxtrack Eazy Payroll – free for 10 employees.

● Post enrolment, you will receive an application setup link and verification code on your registered email id. Login to the application to complete the simple DIY process setup.

● Select any ready-to-use product to continue to the next step.

● Select the Financial year from the dropdown, based on the financial period of your organization.

● Select the checkbox Time period is same as Financial period if the financial year and the time period are the same. Else, you can uncheck it.

● Next, create a password. Your company name and email ID are mentioned. Note them carefully for your future reference. Set a new password if required, and note it for future logins.

● Upload the company logo by clicking on browse to select the file from your system. Click Complete Sign Up.

Note: The default size supported for the logo is 125 x 60 pixels and gif, jpeg and png files formats are supported. The maximum size allowed for the company logo is 1024 kb.

Upgrade to a Paid Edition

● After completing the product setup, you can view the Application Dashboard page. 

● Click on Upgrade Your Plan or Add More Free Products button. You can upgrade the application to buy additional employee licenses or start using additional products for free.

● On the Dashboard page, in the Inbox and Todos section, you will see tasks and activities related to payroll configuration. Click View to complete the respective tasks.
