Configure Interview and Test

This help page demonstrates steps to configure interview and test to setup Interview and Test in the system.

To configure interview and test, you need to:

  1. Log in as an HR Administrator/HR Manager.
  2. Go to Settings >> Recruitment >> Recruitment configurations.The Settings > Recruitment settings > Applicant tracking configurations page appears with Request Creation tab selected
  3. Click Interview and Test tab to select the tab, as shown in Figure 1.
  4. Select Enable Interview to enable the Interview functionality and select Enable Tests to enable Tests functionality.recruitment-configure-test-interview1
  5. Click Update Values to update the settings you have made. Your settings are successfully saved and a message suggesting the same appears.
