New features to simplify HR in 2025

Among the key upgrades, the exit management and goalsheet module enhancements have been implemented. Goalsheet Module Enhancements
- Improvements in UI and features of goal setting and cascading.
- The goalsheet configuration page is now converted using the displayEditableControl concept.
- Made adjustments related to the working of roll up of goal achievements in comment only mode.
- Ensured proper capture of start/end date and time period during goalsheet initiation.
Exit Management Module Upgrades
- The exit module now includes a new field called ‘Last Employment Date,’ which HR managers can enable or disable through the module settings.
- In particular, the order of the ‘Final Interview By’ and ‘Notes’ fields has been adjusted to improve form layout.
- Moreover, HR Managers now have a new option called ‘Initiate Clearance Process’. After approving a resignation, HR managers can use this feature to move the employee into the clearance stage and start the clearance process.
Feature Upgrades Across Modules
- Stakeholder photos are now visible in appraisal workflows, and ratings/comments are also provided in the appraisal process.
- The platform now offers enhanced filters for selecting time periods, financial years, and employees. Also, new rules added for accurate arrear calculations during salary changes.
- Besides, added a feature to display banner on the top of a page in your application.
- To setup roles and permissions using the Manpower Planning (Org Chart) or based on the groups, a new feature has been enabled.
