Key Enhancements in Empxtrack Appraisal
Empxtrack has simplified manager-led appraisal initiation with a more structured and guided process.
Additionally, the appraisal form now validates the mandatory attributes when users proceed to click on the next form.
Key Enhancements in Empxtrack Payroll
As per the latest enhancements, payroll processing has been optimized to improve overall efficiency. Users can now select the Old or New Tax Regime options.
The application has also incorporated changes related to the Income-tax Act, 2025. Professional tax slabs have also been updated. In addition, Empxtrack strengthened payroll controls to prevent deletion of payroll records when subsequent payrolls have already been processed. Technical changes have further optimized payroll processing queries and streamlined the payslip generation process.
Empxtrack Platform Enhancements in Leave Management
The latest update optimizes leave management usability, transaction visibility, and workflow configuration for both managers and HR. It also supports the addition of new groups while configuring leave approval workflows for different leave types.
Some of the Other Important Upgrades across the Modules
- The application now supports both Military and Meridian time formats.
- The new enhancements also allow users to attach documents to KRAs and KPIs.
- A help site link has been enabled for managing polls, thought for the day, and setup of social feed links.
- Groups are now separated into 2 links: Setup role assignments and Setup employee groups.
