Functional Changes
- Attendance Functionality and Tracking: There has been an improvement in the attendance product at the HR and Manager roles. Earlier, 3 tabs were available: Complete, Incomplete, and Leave/Travel. But now, one more tab, “Ongoing”, is introduced. This will help the HR to easily identify the employees in the office at any given time. Moreover, the attendance changes can also handle special cases of a person. For instance, an employee who is on half-day leave and attends the office for the rest of the day.
- Salary Scatter Charts: The chart will display all employees in the salary and experience range for further analysis. It also shows clear differentiation across genders.
- Projects and Timesheet Module Enhancements: Employees can easily track their work hours using a mobile-friendly system. Project managers can view time spent on different tasks through dashboards and access time entries of their team members. The software now allows data to be downloaded in CSV format as well. Additionally, the new user interface will improve decision making and provide insights into employee time usage.
- Goal Sheets Update: Employees, managers, and other roles can now add Organization, Group, Project, and Manager goals to appraisal goal sheets.
- Payroll Process Update: Users can re-process specific payroll variables for one or more employees. They don’t have to redo the entire payroll, thus making the process faster and more accurate.
- Pro-Rate Payroll Calculations: The software now adjusts payroll for new employees who join after the cut-off date. Thus, ensuring accurate payout in the next cycle.
- Form 24Q and Form 16 Updates: Users can customize statutory fields in Form 24Q and Form 16. They can also customize other compliance forms directly in the payroll setup.
