Empxtrack adds Steve Goldberg as Board Advisor, bringing rich experience in HR Technology and Digital HR.
Noida, Wednesday, May 30th, 2018 – Empxtrack announced that Steve Goldberg, well known HR Technology Advisor and HCM expert, has been appointed Board Advisor.
Steve Goldberg served as global head, HR systems and talent management processes in the U.S. and Europe before becoming PeopleSoft’s global head of HCM Product Strategy and primary spokesperson. He then co-founded a Recruiting Solutions company (later acquired) and a boutique consultancy focused on HR-M&A and Change Management.
In recent years, Steve has been advising both solution vendors and end-customers on maximizing the impact of HR Technology assets, and delivering workshops to HR executives around HR tech selection, people analytics and change management. His advisory work with over 30 HCM solution providers to-date has ranged from startups to market leaders.
